NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Glamorganshire Field Trial society will be held on Tuesday April 1st, 2025, at 8.00pm.  The AGM will follow a committee meeting, which will be starting at 7.15pm.  If you arrive early, please wait in the main bar until the committee meeting has finished.

The venue of the meeting will be Llangennech R.F.C. Bank Road, Llangennech, Llanelli for directions contact the Secretary.

All items for the agenda must be with the secretary one week prior to the AGM.

We are looking for a new Field Trial Secretary/Secretary and Treasurer if anyone has any interest in these positions, please contact the Secretary or Chairman

The the Committee are up for re-election this year, there are positions available on the committee  if anyone is interested nominations to the secretary.

Any new nominations for committee appointments must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up society members.

ANYONE WHO HAS NOT PAID THEIR SUBSCRIPTIONS or not paid in full WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY SCHEDULES FOR THE FORTH COMING SEASON. Please check your payments

Subscriptions of £15 were due on 31st January
